Job Summary:

The Associate, FOH sets the first impression by providing the highest level of service to all customers entering the restaurant. Primary responsibilities include entering orders into MÓGŪ's Point-of-Sale system (POS), processing cash and credit payments, helping to fulfill the dine-in or to-go orders and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for customers.

Greets customers with a wave and smile as they enter and leave the restaurant. Ensures the proper cleanliness of the dining room at all times. Accurately process all customer transactions including cash and credit card payments. Responsible for learning and mastering the POS system. Answers customers' questions regarding the menu. Delivers all food to dine-in guests. Ensures that food is prepared correctly and returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen. Staying in motion to assist with other restaurant tasks such as maintaining a clean and tidy work area, cleaning the dining area. Constantly engaging customers in the dining room. Ensure customers and 3PD drivers receive the correct bags. Ensure all soda is pulled up neatly with labels facing outwards. Adhere to the company uniform policy. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven working experience as a cashier or customer service recommended. Strong attention to detail. Must be punctual, trustworthy and honest. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems. Basic mathematical skills.

Education and Experience:

Must successfully complete MÓGŪ's training course.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 15 pounds.
