Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer specifications, maintaining consistency and quality. Manage food handling procedures adhering to food safety standards, including sanitation, proper storage, and cross-contamination prevention. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipment such as kitchen appliances and cutting tools. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, ovens, toasters, and other food preparation. Support the team by bussing tables and maintaining overall sanitation in the food prep area to ensure a safe dining environment. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging positively with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to deliver quality sandwiches efficiently. Knowledge of food safety management practices ensures compliance with health regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness. Operating kitchen equipment safely is essential for efficiency and injury prevention. Strong time management skills enable you to handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality standards. Day/Time Lunch availability is strongly needed.
