FOOD TRUCK I

am looking for a team member to work on a very fast pace Food Truck. We work nights from 8 PM till 3 AM Thursday through Saturday ! I am willing to train the right person! Pay is based upon your ability to be a team member! Very fun environment, but very fast pace! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items following safety and quality standards, operating kitchen equipment efficiently. Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met. Manage food handling procedures responsibly, adhering to food safety management practices and sanitation protocols. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support quick service delivery during busy hours. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with confidence. Strong skills in food preparation, customer service, and cash handling are essential. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Previous restaurant or café experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential for success.
