You will be responsible for preparing food, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience from order to delivery. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in accordance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling duties including cashiers' responsibilities, ensuring accurate transactions and change management Assist with food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment like a quick service or fast food restaurant is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends Embark on an energetic career journey where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
