Responsibilities Prepare a variety of fresh deli foods, including slicing meats, cheeses, and assembling sandwiches with precision and care. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately. Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick service while maintaining food safety standards. Upsell products by recommending additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions seamlessly. Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation and assist in food handling tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or food industry roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
