We are looking for someone that can bring a high-energy, positive, get-it-done attitude; someone that genuinely has a keen eye for details and move at a fast pace with accuracy. You're perfect for the role if:  You have production packaging and/or order picking background.  You are good at self-motivation and obtaining goals.  You can maintain a fast pace to efficiently package and pick orders. This role requires a few essentials:  Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.  Ability to be on your feet for at least 6-8 hours.  Ability to work 20+hrs/week including extra hours during maximum seasonal production seasons.  Available to work Monday - Thursday (occasionally Fridays as well)  Shift start time will be between 2:00p.m. Shift end time will be between 8 and 9 p.m. Third shift 9p.m. to 5 or 6 a.m.

A few preferred qualities:

 Previous experience with food production, manufacturing, wholesale product production.  Experience in leading a team or shift. Brief overview of responsibilities of the job:  You would start in our packaging room learning the products and packaging procedures.  You would learn the order picking process.  You would be required to gain speed and accuracy this position demands.  You would be responsible for station cleanliness and neatness. $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
