Pay is $25 to $35 per hour, full time, and we need someone with hands-on painting experience and real experience managing a crew. You will run residential and light commercial painting projects from the field, leading the team while working right alongside them.

Who You Are:

You take pride in a finish so clean the customer notices details no one asked you to handle. You are honest to the core, with your crew and with the customer. You are the leader a crew wants to follow, setting the pace instead of watching the clock. You are a clear communicator who keeps customers informed and at ease. You bring light carpentry skills such as drywall repair, plus the ability to work outside in the heat and on ladders. You bring reliable transportation, a home base in the Greater Cincinnati area, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Lead daily jobsite operations, assign tasks, and keep the crew on schedule. Inspect and prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming. Check finished work against our quality standards before the customer sees it. Update customers, answer questions, and make sure they are happy start to finish. Enforce safety protocols and keep an organized jobsite. Train new team members and track materials to minimize waste.
