Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
• Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining areas
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment
• Follow all safety and health guidelines while handling food and equipment

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of culinary techniques for food preparation and presentation
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment
