Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Crew Member and become the heart of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food safety practices such as proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support team members with food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café environment to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus but training will be provided Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy are essential Experience in food preparation, culinary tasks, or the food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Customer service experience that demonstrates your ability to engage positively with guests and resolve issues promptly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures ensures compliance and safety at all times.
