$18.55 per hour
Schedule:

What You'll Do Lead and support a team of 8-10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers Step in where needed—your leadership sets the tone What You Bring At least 18 years of age A Federal REAL ID (star in the top right corner) Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC) Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility What Makes You Stand Out Natural leadership and team-building skills Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance Ability to work independently while guiding others Attention to detail and pride in quality work Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Clear, confident communication with diverse groups Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
