Job Description
River Daze Cafe is a casual breakfast and lunch establishment with a hard-working, fun-loving crew. We take pride in providing excellent service and product with many of our menu items and ingredients prepared in house. We are currently seeking a motivated individual with a passion for delivering quality service and product to join our team. Applicants must have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated while maintaining a team-work mentality. Responsibilities Prepare food items to the business' guidelines while adhering to food safety standards Execute tickets in a timely manner Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the cafe Communicate effectively with customers as needed to enhance their experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ability to take direction and adapt to cafe standards Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits shift beverage, discounted on and off shift meals on accrued sick pay set schedule
