Hiring immediately! We are looking for customer service-obsessed crew members to join our team at Subway®. That said we have a full staff and are ONLY hiring really positive, outgoing, energetic, honest, likable, reliable, polite, and amazing people. And only people with 100% open availability- We ask that of our entire team so everyone shares the workload together as a team. It's a matter of equal investment and shared responsibility.
WE really want to hire you if you really are awesome to work with- we prize team effort, mutual respect and professionalism. Some closing shifts required 10PM. Minimum age requirement of 18 years old. Minimum starting wage $15.00 with an average hourly tip amount around $3.00 open availability required. If everyone invests and commits then no one gets stuck on shifts they don't like all the time. everyone must be willing to contribute. Friendly, polite, respectful, responsible and mature applicants only. We are not looking for just anyone we are staffed but we are always looking for great new team members to continue to improve the team. As a Sandwich Artist® and as team leaders, you'll not only serve guests with an outstanding knowledge of the menu, but your friendly demeanor and professional appearance make you a natural brand ambassador for Subway® restaurants.
