Our team operates advanced manufacturing equipment in a modern environment to deliver quality products that serve a worldwide customer base. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Crew Member to join our manufacturing team. Production Crew Members are expected to safely produce quality products that help customers succeed, while building the skills to grow into greater contribution.

represent Collins through professional conduct and responsible use of company resources Core Responsibilities Operate assigned equipment depending on individual strengths and customer needs (could function in or learn fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, CNC, etc.) Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assist in manufacturing tasks. Complete inspections and record production data. Follow standard work and work instructions. Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials or products safely and efficiently. Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency (5S). Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and uphold quality standards. Requirements Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments is preferred. Ability to interpret production documents and follow detailed instructions accurately. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and a mindset geared toward continuous process improvement is a plus. Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
