Wildlings Play Place is a welcoming indoor playground and café where families come to play, relax, and connect. We're currently hiring Part-Time Team Members who are customer-focused, quick on their feet, and committed to creating joyful experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do:

Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm Assist with admissions, food & drink orders, and payment processing Prepare and serve simple food and beverages (barista and snack bar style) Explain play area rules and ensure guests understand how to use the space safely Keep all areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Monitor and engage with children in the play area to ensure safety and enjoyment Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to any concerns professionally Perform light to deep cleaning tasks and support general upkeep Follow opening and closing procedures including cash handling Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep calm in a fast-paced setting Team player with a positive attitude and flexible mindset Ability to stand, bend, squat, lift, and move around during shifts Previous experience in food service, childcare, or customer service is a plus Food Handlers Card and OLCC Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must be available for weekend shifts.
