Responsibilities Supervise play areas to ensure child safety and positive experiences Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service Assist with birthday parties, school trips, and special events Help set up and reset party rooms Check in guests and process transactions using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility Enforce park rules in a friendly and professional manner Support team members during busy periods Assist with basic food and beverage handling (if applicable) Experience Prior experience in customer service, retail, childcare, entertainment, or hospitality is preferred but not required — we value enthusiasm and reliability above all!
