Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Team Member to join our team here at Jamba x Auntie Anne's! Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience and serving quality products. A Team Member is expected to work the register, make smoothies, make smoothie bowls, make pretzels, clean and send guests off with a smile in our fun & fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food and ingredients according to recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all equipment and storage areas. Greet and thank every guest with a smile and eye contact Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience; answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Operate a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsible for guest product and service standards. Maintain a high level of knowledge of products and services offered by the restaurant. Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, as well as maintaining inventory levels. Ensure all food handling and preparation procedures are followed to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe environment. Participate in maintaining a clean and sanitized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Foster an environment of teamwork to achieve goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Adhere to all Jamba x Auntie Anne's food, safety and security guidelines while respecting Jamba x Auntie Anne's property.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or grocery store setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Familiarity with food preparation and handling practices. Basic knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures. Ability to stand, bend, roll, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift Ability to lift, carry, and move 30 - 40 Lb. objects and equipment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies. Non-slip shoes required

Skills:

Food preparation and presentation. Knowledge of restaurant operations. Experience in a grocery store or food service environment. Strong customer service skills. Ability to operate a cash register or POS system. Familiarity with food handling and sanitation procedures. Proficiency in retail math and cash handling procedures. Ability to work in a clean and safe environment.
