Seasonal Production Team Member Bedford, PA | May-October | Potential Full-Time Opportunity Are you ready to make this summer (and fall!) flavorful and fun? We're looking for upbeat, hard-working individuals to join our Seasonal Production Team at The Organic Snack Company! This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do As a Seasonal Production Team Member, you'll help bring our delicious products to life by supporting daily production operations.

Your responsibilities may include:

Production Tasks Weigh and mix ingredients, following allergen-specific color coding Operate industrial mixers safely and efficiently Pack finished products with care, assemble master cases, and ensure accurate labeling and dating Support special packaging projects as needed Safety & Quality Standards Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies Prevent cross-contamination by adhering to handwashing and glove-use procedures Understand allergen risks in both raw ingredients and finished goods Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Team-oriented with great communication skills Willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods as part of a production team No prior experience required —just bring your positive attitude, and we'll provide the training!
