What You'll Be Doing As a TOSC Team Member, you won't be stuck doing just one thing. You'll be cross-trained and play a key role across our operation: Production Prep and handle high-quality organic ingredients Operate production equipment and machinery Package and label finished snacks with care and precision Operations Process and pack customer orders Operate a fork truck (training provided if needed) Assist with inventory and materials management Sanitation Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas Follow strict food safety and quality standards Support end-of-shift cleaning and deep-clean routines What We're Looking For Dependable team players with a strong work ethic Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Detail-oriented and ready to learn Food production or manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required!)
