Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to our daily operation; this includes but is not limited to delivery driving, customer service, side work, bussing, and cash handling. All employees start as a delivery driver and may advance from there. Duties Greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly both in person and over the phone. Operate a Clover POS system for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area. Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure the customer receives exactly what they ask for. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience with POS systems is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay:

$14.00 - $21.00 per hour
