Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all products are handled, stored, and served in compliance with health regulations. Support meal preparation and catering orders by assembling deli platters. Operate kitchen equipment safely while adhering to sanitation standards to promote a safe working environment. Restock supplies regularly to keep the deli fully stocked with fresh products for customers. Experience Prior experience in food service or a restaurant setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated culinary experience involving food preparation, knife skills, and handling perishable items. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
