Job description: Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fresh To Go Associate, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and delicious salads, subs, and pizzas to our customers. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced food production environment dedicated to excellence and safety. You will be responsible for maintaining efficiency and cleanliness throughout the department. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us uphold our commitment to food safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, and packaging of fresh food products in accordance with FDA regulations, and other safety standards. Follow strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe production environment, including cleaning equipment and work areas regularly. Monitor production lines for quality assurance, ensuring products meet specified standards for freshness, appearance, and safety. Work with team members to get food out to customers, in a fast manor. Building subs, salads, and grab and go pizzas for customers. Experience Previous experience working in a food facility is preferred, but not necessary. Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety standards in food production environments. Basic math skills for measurements, weighing ingredients, or calculating batch sizes. Strong understanding of packaging processes within the food industry to ensure product integrity.
