About us We are a local meat processor and retail facility with a long standing relation with the community we service. We are known regionally and have won over 70 awards for our specialty made in house products, from our heavenly hams to our award winning meat sticks. Family owned and operated for over 90 years. As a deli clerk you will be an integral part of our environment, responsible for providing top-notch customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the deli area and retail area.

Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Slicing, weighing, and packaging deli meats, cheeses, and other products to customer specifications.
• Preparing ready to eat items and customer orders.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment and utensils.
• Restocking and rotating products to ensure freshness.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Providing product recommendations and answering customer inquiries.
• Operating deli equipment such as slicers and scales.
