As a Team Member Popeyes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Prepare and cook food items according to Popeyes' recipes and quality standards, including frying chicken, preparing sides, and assembling sandwiches. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Handle food safely and adhere to all health and sanitation guidelines. Restock supplies, condiments, and paper goods as needed. Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary. Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling cash and making change. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
