Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently and accurately Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick service and upselling opportunities to enhance sales Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions, credit card payments, and processing retail sales transactions with precision Assist in food safety management by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Support the team during busy hours by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely including fryers, grills, ovens, and other culinary tools Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations effectively Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
