Overview Why We Need Your Talents:
The Team Member Engagement Specialist supports the creative development, promotion, communication, and execution of high impact initiatives focused on team member engagement, retention and recruitment. This position works closely with the CG Human Resources Shared Services Brand & Engagement team and will act as a central point of contact to align and coordinate TM initiatives within the property. Impact:
Support property HR in areas of communications, team member engagement, DE&I initiatives, event planning and all recognition and reward programs. Coordinate, align and support property team member engagement and communication initiatives with property HRCG partners cross enterprise. Responsible for planning, coordinating, developing, producing, printing and delivering all team member communication and events. Assist in developing and coordinating the engagement and communications calendar to ensure the timely execution of messages and programs. Oversee communication, recognition and rewards platforms at the property to ensure alignment on usage and adherence to organizational standards. Train property contacts on centralized communication platforms and act as a liaison with vendors. Perform general clerical and administrative office duties. Perform other administrative duties (typing, filing, organizing, copying, mailings) as assigned.
Qualifications Must-Haves:
Bachelors' degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or equivalent work experience. Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license. Working Conditions 24/7 high-energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 550 employees Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
