Job Description
Job description We are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy retail environment. We are a small family-owned business and are looking for folks who want to help build our community. Pay range $14-$18/hr + tips. Tips are generally between $4-$6/hr after the 90 day probationary period. Shifts are generally 8 am to 4 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm. We are hiring 1 PT and 1 FT position with weekend availability required. Essential DutiesResponsibilities Builds fresh sandwiches and bowls in retail packaging or on demand, per given recipes and guides. Makes all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars. Assists customers at service counter, answers phones. Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges. Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Answer, report, and follow leaderships' instructions. Other notes Experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be available beyond the summer.
