What You'll Do:

Set up and tear down banquet and event spaces Support culinary team with food prep and guest service Deliver excellent, on-time service throughout the event Keep the space tidy, efficient, and up to our quality standards Collaborate with teammates and ensure guests feel welcomed

The Ideal Candidate Has:

Prior banquet/catering/restaurant experience (2+ years preferred) Availability on at least two weekends per month Their own reliable transportation (events are held at various locations within a 40-mile radius) The ability to lift 30 lbs and stay on their feet for long stretches A warm personality and a true "guest-first" mindset Nice Extras (Not Required): High-volume restaurant or bar experience Leadership potential and team-building instincts Quick learner with an eye for detail

Compensation & Perks:
