Deli Associate - Part-Time 30+

Job Summary Deli Associate Part-Time Provide prompt and courteous service to the customers Cut delicatessen meats and cheeses to customers preference Weigh, wrap, code and price deli products accurately Replenish shelves, check for out-of-code items and rotate product Prepare party trays and arrange foods according to established guidelines Maintain a regular cleaning and sanitation program Maintain knowledge of all products sold in the department Good mathematic skills to operate scales & computers and to coordinate dates for inventory rotation. Must be 18 years of age •Must be available to work afternoons and evenings

Physical Demands:

Stand on feet, bend forward, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty Work in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of time. Lift cases/containers of product Work safely around deli slicer machines and knives. Lift, push, and/or pull items up to 40 pounds. Ability to wear company-provided uniform, and maintain a clean and groomed appearance.
