Entry Level Team Member:

Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed Train directly with seasoned Team Members and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed Display mastery of the entry-level Entry Level Team Members position by training newer representatives and team members Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts Requirements of the

Entry Level Team Members:

Experience in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or a different consumer-facing environment Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team Motivated to learn sales, customer service, and product knowledge Professional, dependable, and organized. Able to solve problems and respond calmly to customer questions Coachable and willing to apply feedback Interested in teamwork, leadership, and professional growth
