Fox's Pizza Den is a Pittsburgh-area franchise institution. We're reopening our Fox Chapel location and looking for friendly, energetic people to be the face of our store. If you love interacting with customers and being part of a tight-knit team, this is your spot.

THE ROLE

As a Counter / Front of House Team Member, you're the first impression every customer gets. You'll take orders, handle transactions, keep the front of house spotless, and make sure every guest leaves happy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, professional attitude Process transactions accurately using our POS system Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team Keep the front of house, dining area, and restrooms clean and organized Handle phone-in and online orders Assist with stocking supplies and opening/closing duties as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Customer service experience preferred — retail, food, or hospitality all count Positive attitude and genuine people skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with cash handling Comfortable in a fast-paced environment during peak hours Flexible availability including evenings and weekends - This would be great for high school or college students looking for flexible or evening work.

COMPENSATION & PERKS
