Role:
Join the team at Paris Baguette as a Sandwich Team Member, where craft meets quality! In this role, you'll prepare the sandwiches, salads, and sauces that keep our guests coming back, and help deliver the warm, welcoming bakery café experience we're known for.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches and salads, ensuring quality and presentation. Make fresh dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries. Keep the sandwich display stocked and presentable throughout the day. Maintain daily par levels, set up station orders, and receive and store stock properly. Complete production, usage, and waste reports, plus bi-monthly and monthly inventory. Order product and materials as needed. Clean and sanitize work areas, refrigeration, equipment, containers, and utensils. Alert your supervisor to equipment issues and low food supplies. Support other areas of the café when the team needs a hand.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience. Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling. Comfort with basic math across all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an openness to feedback from guests and teammates. Knowledge of our brand and menu, or the eagerness to learn it quickly.
