Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to our quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen surfaces, and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting them for incoming guests. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and promote menu items. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older to operate a slicer! Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to help others as part of a team-oriented culture. Basic cash handling skills are an advantage but can be learned on the job. Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
