Help for Additional Information. Opens a new window. Requirements If you are seeking a Management/Leader position with JSC Management Group/Burger King, the following are major requirements: - First line supervisory or management experience from a restaurant or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a 45-50 hour work week which will include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to carry up to 40 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills, leadership skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality and able to work effectively with a diverse group of people in a team environment
- Good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills required; ability to resolve guest issues with tact
- Reliable transportation
