The Opportunity As a Team Member (Scooper), you'll be one of the faces of Ben & Jerry's in the shop. Every shift, you'll help create a great guest experience by serving delicious ice cream, keeping the shop running smoothly, and making the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming. What You'll Do Serve ice cream, shakes, and other treats quickly and accurately, keeping quality, portioning, and presentation consistently high. Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked so each guest has a great experience from open to close. Bring positive energy to every shift, collaborating with teammates to handle rushes, catering orders, and special events. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and coworkers. What Success Looks Like Within your first few weeks, you confidently scoop, ring up orders, and answer guest questions with minimal guidance.
