Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude Answer customer questions about products and menu items Perform register duties including handling cash, credit card payments, and making change Prepare food items including sandwiches, salads, and sides according to customer orders and company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain food quality standards Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with menu changes and promotions Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the store

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in the
