Front of House Team Member Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and personable Front of House Team Member (server, host, bartender, server assistant) to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment customers walk through the door until they leave. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service Assist guests with seating and answer questions about the menu Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Check on guests throughout their dining experience Communicate guest needs and requests to the kitchen and management team Maintain clean, organized, and inviting dining and service areas Clear and reset tables efficiently Assist with opening and closing duties Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Process guest payments accurately when applicable Assist other team members during busy service periods Help maintain the overall appearance and atmosphere of the restaurant Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Ability to work well as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service Willingness to learn the menu and restaurant standards Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must meet applicable age requirements for any alcohol-service responsibilities What We're Looking For We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy taking care of guests and creating memorable experiences .
