We're looking for friendly, motivated students (ages 14-15) to join our McDonald's crew. This is a great first job for teens who want to learn responsibility, teamwork, and customer service in a supportive environment. What You'll Do Greet customers with a positive attitude Prepare food and assemble orders Keep the dining room and work areas clean Restock supplies and support the team Follow safety and food‑handling guidelines All tasks follow youth labor laws—no hazardous equipment or late-night shifts.
