What You'll Do as a Team Member As a Team Member at Kilwins, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and attentive service to ensure every guest feels welcome. Assisting guests in selecting their favorite treats and answering any questions about our products. Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Supporting the team in preparing and presenting our hand-crafted products. Helping to create an authentic sensory journey for our guests, from the sights and smells to the tastes and sounds of Kilwins.
