Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for someone to join our mission in providing convenient, healthy, affordable, delicious meals to the Upstate. We offer a full service cafe, a weekly meal prep service, grab-n-go meals, smoothie bar and catering.Responsibilities:
- Maintain the kitchen line with <10 min ticket times
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines
- Aid in catering and event preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean dish pit
- Help with inventory management, stock rotation and labeling
- Prep and plate grab-n-go meals and meal prep
- Wash Dishes and keep the BOH organized
Requirements:
- Prior restaurant experience is not needed
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is an added plus
- Punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Highly self-motivated
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$12.00- $15.
