Job Description
6:00AM-7:30PM, 4 days a week including every other weekend. Guides patients on order based on their prescribed diet. Ensure meals/services provided to patients/customers are done as professionally, accurately and timely as possible. Must be an excellent communicator and relay identified problems to appropriate leader in an accurate and timely manner. Processes and communicates all patients' diet orders/tube feedings/nourishments/supplements with updates to the patient's card-file. Responsible for patient information/orders entry into CBORD. Prints and Generates patient meal tickets/labels/reports/tallies in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains open communication with Clinical Dietitians regarding nutrition consults, patient needs, problems and questions. Must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in work area; Must always uphold and practice proper personal and hand hygiene; These responsibilities contribute to meeting the nutrition needs of the patients and all others served; Completes any other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Coordinator or Management.
