Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Deliver outstanding service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately via point-of-sale systems, and processing payments.

Food Preparation:

Prepare and assemble high-quality food and beverages quickly while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Restaurant Cleanliness:

Keep the dining room, kitchen, front counter, and drive-thru areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with fellow crew members and managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations, especially during peak rush hours.

Inventory Support:

Restock supplies, condiments, and workstations to ensure the team has everything needed to serve guests.

What We're Looking For A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others. Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapid, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work weekend shifts, evenings, or holidays is a major plus. Basic math skills for handling cash drawer balances.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements No previous experience required - comprehensive, paid on-the-job training is provided! Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
