Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and following food safety protocols Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, bartender, or cashier is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, spirits service, and beverage handling is a plus Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures in the food industry Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
