Job Summary:

As a Taproom Team Member, you'll be the face of our brewery—serving beer, running food, taking orders, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You'll work in a quick-service model, supporting both the front of house and food service operations in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner Take orders accurately via POS system (beer, food, and merch) Serve and pour beer in compliance with state alcohol laws Deliver food and drinks to tables quickly and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and side work Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Uphold health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards Educate guests on our beer styles, food offerings, and brewery story Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly

Qualifications:

Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred Knowledge of or interest in craft beer a plus (training provided) Must be 21+ to serve alcohol Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable and punctual
