As a Cinnabon Crew Member , you'll prepare our world-famous cinnamon rolls and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a fun, energetic environment. Every shift is an opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests while working alongside a supportive team. Position Responsibilities Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system. Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Prepare Cinnabon products according to brand recipes and quality standards. Complete hot and cold food preparation accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times. Restock supplies to ensure products remain available throughout the shift. Keep counters, display cases, beverage stations, dining areas, windows, floors, and restrooms clean and inviting. Maintain clean and organized display equipment throughout the day. Count and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift. Follow all company policies, recipes, portion standards, and operational procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Coffee Cup and Cinnabon with pride. Display a positive, enthusiastic attitude while working independently and as part of a team. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 16 years of age . Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures. Ability to work independently and with a team. Comfortable operating a computerized cash register. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships. Commitment to providing outstanding guest service. Respectful of guests and coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
