Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and become the welcoming face of our lively food service environment! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with food and beverage orders, handle transactions efficiently using POS systems, and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly with a positive attitude, creating an inviting environment from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring quick service and upselling opportunities Prepare simple food items as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently Assist with food prep tasks such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when necessary Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area, kitchen, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Support sales efforts through suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Experience in cashiering, food handling, serving, or retail math will help you excel in this role Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Prior restaurant experience or background in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality skills Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
