2nd shift 3pm-11pm Work instructions, procedures and information Organizational interfaces Direct Manager Functional Manager Direct Reports Shift Supervisor Competences requirements Knowledge / Qualifications High School Diploma preferred Previous Experience (If relevant) Manufacturing Experience Preferred Key technical competencies Monitor production equipment Load components onto machines and circuit boards Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines Inspect parts for quality assurance Maintain equipment per Company standards Key behavioral competencies (be customer-centric, cultivate innovation, act with audacity, drive results, collaborate, drive engagement, value differences, be resilient, develop yourself) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work with and communicate with a multicultural team Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple departments Adaptable to new technologies Adjustable to new workflow modifications Strong time management skills Missions Main Missions To support manufacturing and facility demand in the production environment. Support production sales by ensuring timely delivery of parts Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives KPI and/or main deliverables Run times and other production KPIs Activities Support all other duties as assigned
