Front of the House - Team member

Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Provide support in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate to increase sales. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Experience Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures is advantageous. Experience working in a quick-service fast food restaurant is a plus. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
