Responsibilities Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant. Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code standards at all times.
