Duties Manage all aspects of to-go orders, including taking phone calls and processing orders through restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring guest satisfaction. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions clearly. Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and guest details using POS systems while adhering to food safety standards. Handle phone communication with guests efficiently, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and clear communication skills. Organize and prioritize multiple orders during busy periods to ensure prompt pickup times and smooth operations. Assist with guest relations by providing friendly assistance at the pickup area and addressing any concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant reservation management or host/hostess roles is highly desirable. Food service experience, especially in a fast-paced environment, is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests via phone and in person. Knowledge of restaurant table management systems and familiarity with food safety protocols. Experience with phone communication, demonstrating proper etiquette and clarity in conveying information. Hospitality background or guest services experience that emphasizes positive guest relations.
