Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a quick-service restaurant environment, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts. Assist with food safety procedures including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage. Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Requirements Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required; a positive attitude is essential for team success.
